Robotic Service Technician – Be the Face of Innovation in the Field

Do you know your way around robotics, stay cool under pressure, and genuinely enjoy helping people? At MūL Technologies, we’re looking for a Robotic Service Technician who can represent us with confidence at customer sites, solve technical problems with skill and care, and make the robotic world a little more human.

In this role, you'll work closely with MūL’s CTO and technical team to diagnose and repair OEM MARC robotic carts—both in our shop and out in the field. Whether you're rolling up your sleeves to fix hardware or walking a customer through best practices with patience and clarity, you’ll be the trusted technician who keeps things running smoothly. Expect regular travel (1–3 days/week) and dynamic work where no two days are quite the same.

Your Day-to-Day

• Troubleshoot and repair robotic systems—either shipped to us or right at the customer’s location.
• Install new robotic units with precision, ensure performance and safety, and train users on operation and maintenance.
• Communicate confidently and calmly with customers, especially in tough or high-pressure situations.
• Gather real-world feedback and insights to help our internal teams improve products and create new solutions.
• Document repairs, installations, and maintenance activities in clear, organized reports.
• Work independently in the field, identifying customer needs, supporting seamless integration, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Stay flexible and ready to step in where needed—we’re a growing team, and your initiative matters.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a technical field is a bonus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on technical experience (robotics experience is great, but not required).
• Ability to simplify the complex—you can translate tech talk into plain language.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize when things get busy.
• Patience, adaptability, and a solutions-first mindset when facing challenging customer interactions.
• Comfort working on your own and making decisions in the moment.
• Willingness to travel up to 60%, including some international assignments.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift up to 80 lbs and move comfortably through lab and industrial environments.
