MARC in manufacturing bottling wide

Hello, MūL Technologies customer!

We hope you’ve been enjoying the benefits of your 4 Series MARC robotic cart and experiencing the industry’s fastest ROI on your investment!

To further protect your investment and improve your experience, we’re proactively sending you a complimentary inter-connect cable that works with your 20Ah battery and the 3A or 5A charger you received.

This upgrade is designed to reduce the risk of creating an arc if the charger doesn’t fully discharge prior to plugging the charger into the battery. By using this new accessory, you can ensure safer, more efficient charging.

You’ll find clear instructions on the use of this cable below. Please follow the directions in the correct order for plugging in the charger, battery and inter-connect cable.

Thank you for taking this important step in securing the longevity and safety of your equipment. We’re committed to supporting your success with our products. Please let us know if you have any questions or need further assistance on the use of this accessory.

Best regards,
MūL Support Team

P.S.  We’ve recently introduced the new 5 Series MARC products!  We’ve incorporated the features that our customers loved about the 4 Series and added some new features that were also requested.  Review the product specifications and series comparisons here: 4 Series and 5 Series product information.
